A book that I wrote in 2013 published by the International Society of Technology and Education. Managing the digital gadgets, gizmos, and games that kids already own is often a challenge, and many parents find that a school-issued 1-to-1 device further disrupts an area in which there are already conflicts. 1-to-1 devices blur the lines between school and home, between work and play, between tool and toy. Many parents could use some help in setting boundaries.

A peer-reviewed article that I wrote for the Journal of Clinical Psychology. We present a case study focusing on one client's treatment progress and their therapist's engagement in weekly supervision following the Sentio Supervision Model. The client had been identified by the outcome measure as being at risk of deterioration, and after DP supervision showed recovery and became on track for a good treatment outcome.

An article I wrote for the PACT Institute to encourage clinicians to attend a workshop I led about PACT and Deliberate Practice. In the workshop clinicians experienced Deliberate Practice and PACT in action. We broke down interventions, rehearsed PACT skills, and explored how deliberate practice can make you more confident and effective as a couple therapist.

I regularly host webinars for Sentio University as part of the American Psychological Association’s Deliberate Practice book series. These sessions feature leading experts from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, each offering hands-on training in core clinical skills. Together, we explore how deliberate practice can deepen therapeutic effectiveness across modalities.

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Yasuaki Sawamura, a psychology student and content creator at the University of Florida, for his Japanese-language YouTube channel. In this cross-cultural conversation, we explored psychotherapy, Deliberate Practice, the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), adapting these ideas for Japanese therapists and learners interested in experiential training methods.
